# Learn the CRM

> A quick tour of GoHighLevel - where everything lives

Your CRM (GoHighLevel) is where all your leads, conversations, and appointments live. Here's a quick tour of what you'll use day-to-day.

<div style={{ position: "relative", paddingBottom: "56.25%", height: 0 }}>
  <iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/36f4544e9a954a19a7b50a9c5954f0d3" allowFullScreen style={{ position: "absolute", top: 0, left: 0, width: "100%", height: "100%" }} />
</div>

## Download the Mobile App

You can manage everything from your phone using the **LeadConnector** app.

  </Card>
</CardGroup>

**To sign in**, use the same credentials you use for AutomationKit:

* **Google login:** sign in with Google using the same email address you use for AutomationKit
* **Email & password:** use your AutomationKit email and password

<Tip>
  **Already linked to another CRM?** If LeadConnector is connected to a different account, tap the dropdown in the top-left corner of the app to switch between workspaces.
</Tip>

## Contacts

This is where all your leads live.

Inside each contact you can see:

* Full conversation history (SMS)
* Lead status and pipeline stage
* Appointment details
* Tags and notes
* All collected data (date of birth, beneficiary, coverage amount, etc.)

## Your CRM Phone Number

When your account is set up, you're assigned a CRM phone number. This is the number the AI texts leads from. If a lead calls that number, it automatically routes to your personal phone so you never miss a call.

## Conversations

This is your main inbox. All texts show up here, and the AI responds automatically.

You can jump in anytime - just make sure to [turn the AI off](/managing/ai-on-off) before taking over a conversation completely.

<Tip>
  To see all your conversations, make sure you have the **All** filter selected at the top of the inbox.
</Tip>

## Calendar

Your calendar shows all booked appointments. If you connected Google Calendar or Outlook, those events appear here too.

Appointments booked by the AI show up automatically. You can also manually schedule appointments directly from the calendar if needed.

## Opportunities (Pipeline)

This is where you track where each lead is in the process. Common stages:

| Stage | How It Gets Set |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------- |
| New Lead | Automatically on contact creation |
| Appointment Booked | Automatically when AI books |
| Missed Appointment | You mark it manually |
| Long Term Follow Up | You mark it manually |
| Didn't Close        | You mark it manually                    |
| Approved / Sold | You mark it - this stops all automation |

The first two stages happen automatically. The rest are controlled by you.

## Automations

This is where all the workflows live - the sequences of texts and reminders that run in the background.

<Warning>
  Avoid editing automations unless you know what you're doing. Small changes can break the system.
