# What to Expect

> The 7-step onboarding process and what each step involves

Onboarding takes a few days. Here's exactly what happens and who's responsible for each step.

## Your 7 Steps

    You already completed this - it's the form you filled out to create your account. Your name, business info, phone, and address were collected here for SMS registration.

  <Step title="We Set Up Your System">
    **Handled by our team.** We create your CRM account, configure your AI assistant, and set up your messaging system. This usually takes less than 24 hours. You'll receive an email invite when it's ready.

  <Step title="Connect Your Calendar">
    **Your action.** Set your available hours in the CRM so the AI knows when you're open for appointments. You'll also connect your Google or Outlook calendar for two-way sync.

    **Your action.** Watch a quick video walkthrough of your CRM - where to find your leads, conversations, and appointments.

  <Step title="SMS Verification">
    **Handled by our team.** Your phone number has to be registered with carriers for business SMS (called A2P verification). We handle this for you - it typically takes 2–3 business days. You'll be notified as soon as it's approved.

    **Your action.** Once SMS is approved, you'll connect your lead source so new leads start flowing in automatically.

  Steps 3 and 4 can be done as soon as your system is set up (Step 2). Step 6 unlocks after SMS verification is approved. Step 7 can be done any time.
