## Missed Call Text Back

If you miss a call from a lead, the system automatically sends them a text. This keeps the conversation going even when you can't pick up.

**To customize the message:**

Go to **Settings → Phone System → Voice → Voicemail and Missed Call Text Back → Missed Call Text Back → Customize**

## Snippets

Snippets are pre-written SMS and email messages that you can quickly insert into conversations. They're used by the system in workflows, but you can also use them manually when chatting with a lead.

**To find them:**

Go to **Marketing → Snippets**

  We recommend not editing snippets unless you know what you're doing. Many are tied to automated workflows and changing the wording can affect how the system behaves.
