# Failed Messages

> What to do when a message shows a red warning icon

If a message shows a red warning icon on a contact, here's what it means and what to do.

## Error 30006: Landline or Non-Mobile Number

**Message:** *Error 30006 - Landline or non-mobile number. Cannot receive SMS.*

This means the number on file is either a landline or a disconnected mobile number.

**What to do:**

1. Try calling the number
2. If it's disconnected, request a replacement lead from your lead provider
3. If someone answers on a landline, you'll need to get their mobile number to continue texting

## Error 30005: Inactive or Non-Existent Number

**Message:** *Error 30005 - The recipient's number is inactive or does not exist.*

This means the number is no longer in service.

**What to do:**

1. Try calling the number to confirm
2. If it's out of service, request a replacement lead from your lead provider

## Account Reached Today's Opt-Out/Error Limit

**Message:** *Your account has reached today's opt-out/error limit*

Carriers pause automated message sending for 24 hours when an account's opt-out rate goes above 6%. This only blocks the drip texts from sending themselves. The AI can still respond when a lead replies.

**What to do:**

* Stay on top of your conversations manually that day
* For any messages that didn't go out, click the **refresh arrow** next to the message to resend it manually
* When a lead responds, the AI will take over from there as normal
* The pause lifts automatically after 24 hours
