The AI responds to leads on your behalf. It handles the full conversation - from the first reply through booking an appointment.

What It Can Do

CapabilityDescription
Freeform ConversationAnswers insurance questions, handles objections, qualifies leads
Check AvailabilityLooks at your calendar and presents open time slots
Book AppointmentsBooks directly when a lead confirms a time
RescheduleMoves an existing appointment to a new time
CancelCancels an appointment and offers to reschedule
Query AppointmentTells a lead when their appointment is

What It Cannot Do

  • Sell policies or collect payment
  • Take any action for contacts who have texted STOP
  • Respond when the AI is turned off for that contact

Turning the AI On / Off

Option 1 - Toggle in the conversation: Use the “Ant Bot Is: On / Off” toggle at the top of the conversation in your CRM. Option 2 - Tag: Add the ai off tag to a contact to disable the AI. Remove it to re-enable.
If you’re supplementing the conversation - offering extra times, adding context - leave the AI on. If you’re taking over completely, turn it off. See AI On / Off for more guidance.

Left on Read

If the AI sends a message and the lead doesn’t reply, it follows up automatically:
  • After 24 hours: one follow-up
  • After another 24 hours: a second follow-up
After that, the AI stops until the lead responds.

Agent Notifications

You’ll receive an SMS notification on your phone whenever the AI books, or cancels an appointment. These come from your CRM automatically - no setup needed.
