What It Can Do

What It Cannot Do
- Sell policies or collect payment
- Take any action for contacts who have texted STOP
- Respond when the AI is turned off for that contact
Turning the AI On / Off
Option 1 - Toggle in the conversation: Use the “Ant Bot Is: On / Off” toggle at the top of the conversation in your CRM. Option 2 - Tag: Add theai off tag to a contact to disable the AI. Remove it to re-enable.

If the AI sends a message and the lead doesn’t reply, it follows up automatically:- After 24 hours: one follow-up
- After another 24 hours: a second follow-up
