When you close a deal, mark the lead’s status as Approved / Sold. This triggers the post-sale workflow automatically.

What Happens After You Mark as Sold

  1. All messaging stops - the lead is removed from all automations
  2. You receive a notification - you have 40 minutes to enter policy details
  3. After 40 minutes - if you’ve entered policy details, the system sends them to the client via text and email
  4. After 7 days - the system sends a referral request to the client

Entering Policy Details

Open the contact

Find the contact in your CRM.

Go to the left panel

On the contact record, look at the left-side panel.

Scroll to Policy Information

Find the Policy Information section and enter the policy details there.
You have 40 minutes to enter policy details. If you miss the window, nothing gets sent to the client - make sure to fill it in before time runs out.
