Changing a lead’s Lead Status field is what triggers the follow-up sequences in the system. Each status starts a different automation.
  1. Open the contact in your CRM
  2. Click All Fields in the contact details panel
  3. Find the Lead Status field and click it
  4. Select the new status from the dropdown
Make sure you’re selecting the right status - each one starts a different follow-up sequence.
