- Desktop (GoHighLevel)
- Mobile (LeadConnector)
- Open the contact in your CRM
- Click All Fields in the left panel
- Find the Lead Status field and click it
- Select the new status from the dropdown
Make sure you’re selecting the right status - each one starts a different follow-up sequence.
