- If it’s disconnected, request a replacement lead from your lead provider
- If someone answers on a landline, you’ll need to get their mobile number to continue texting
Error 30005: Inactive or Non-Existent Number
Message: Error 30005 - The recipient’s number is inactive or does not exist. This means the number is no longer in service. What to do:- Try calling the number to confirm
- If it’s out of service, request a replacement lead from your lead provider
Account Reached Today’s Opt-Out/Error Limit
Message: Your account has reached today’s opt-out/error limit Carriers pause automated message sending for 24 hours when an account’s opt-out rate goes above 6%. This only blocks the drip texts from sending themselves. The AI can still respond when a lead replies. What to do:- Stay on top of your conversations manually that day
- For any messages that didn’t go out, click the refresh arrow next to the message to resend it manually
- When a lead responds, the AI will take over from there as normal
- The pause lifts automatically after 24 hours
