Account Reached Today’s Opt-Out/Error Limit

Message: Your account has reached today’s opt-out/error limit Carriers pause automated message sending for 24 hours when an account’s opt-out rate goes above 6%. This only blocks the drip texts from sending themselves. The AI can still respond when a lead replies. What to do:
  • Stay on top of your conversations manually that day
  • For any messages that didn’t go out, click the refresh arrow next to the message to resend it manually
  • When a lead responds, the AI will take over from there as normal
  • The pause lifts automatically after 24 hours
